Parking Aid Testing

When you are ready to park your vehicle turn the unit on. Progress slowly and a clear beeping sound will be heard from the CPU as the laser sensors detect the object in front / behind you.

In 2007 the 'Guys of Lidar' tested various Laser Jammers / Scramblers over a 3 day period using the following laser guns :

Police laser gun error codes for reference :

E10: Missing measurement - No target sensed or too far
E11: Incomplete measurement - Target sometimes obscured or at limit of range
E12: Unstable measurement - Irregular target contour or equipment wobbled
E13: Distance measuring range - Target too close (<10m)
E14: (JAMMED) Measurement distorted - Target has laser jamming transmitter or laser distance sensor
E21: LO BATT
E22: HI BATT (Remote supply voltage too high)
E23: LO TEMP ; < -10 deg. C
E24: HI TEMP ; > 50 deg. C
