Delivery UK Dispatch : Orders placed by UK customers (excluding Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland and Islands) before 8am Monday-Friday on-line, or before 10am over the telephone are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Our UK courier ‘APC Overnight’ collects from us very early each day (at around 9am ) - If you order after he has collected we will send by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ instead (our Royal Mail collection time is at appx. 12pm) Orders to Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland and Islands are dispatched within the same timeframe but delivery may take 1-3 working days. Overseas Dispatch : Orders to overseas destinations are dispatched within 2 working days by either UPS or DHL, delivery is normally between 3 and 15 days.
